Where do we deliver to?

Currently we only offer delivery to UK Mainland addresses.

If you are outside the UK, please visit our retailer searcher to find your nearest, official Aqua stockist.

Order Processing:

All orders placed will be processed within 1-2 working days after receiving your order, excluding weekends and national holidays.

In addition to the initial confirmation email, you will receive a further notification, by email, sent when your order has been despatched.

All our orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse based in Mainland UK.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this current time, we do not offer shipping outside of Mainland UK.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, with a tracking number allowing you to check its current status.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available from the date of dispatch confirmation.

If you haven’t received your order within 3-5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via the contact form with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Who do we use to ship the orders?

All orders are shipped via a tracked and signed for service. We use both Royal Mail and DPD to ship orders.
